The sound quality and ease of use of the system is superb. The length of the cord attached to the headset could be a little longer and the mouth piece probably doesn't light up quite enough to make sure people know I'm on the phone because many people have told me they didn't notice it.

We loved the customer service we received from the representative that helped us. He was very helpful. We like the headset. It does the job of amplifying the sound so that we can utilize the digital phone system that we purchased. The cord however is a little short for moving around, that may need to be addressed with an extension to the cord or returning the product for a cordless. The headset its self is a little bulky, but for the price we think it works well.

I like the ease of use and setup but most of all the "in use light" on the boom is the most beneficial. All headsets should have this light in my opinion. I do wish there was a wireless option with the light.

Have try this product before and it work great for what I do. Easy to set up and clear. Just remember to tune the button on the side and you are up and running. Quick delivery. Ordered on Friday and received it on Monday. Love the over the ear instead of over the head mount.
