I work for a car dealership and I am constantly on the phone, what better headset system to have than the Plantronics S12 System. My favorite features of this system is the lighted indicator on the side, it let's anyone who may walk up to me, know that I am on the phone. It also gives the headset a lot of class. It is extremely versatile, you can choose to wear it on your ear or over your head, and you can even switch sides that it is on, as easy as 1...2...3! The amplifier it's self not only makes it better to hear the customer but you can also adjust your volume as well. Really a great, inexpensive, and recommended system.

We switched our entire organization to the firefly mic headsets. In the past it was impossible to know if the person at the desk next to you was on the phone, but now with the firefly, a quick glance tells it all. An excellent improvement!

We purchased the Plantronics S12 systems for our office and are very satisfied with the quality. The all-in-one system was the best value and provides easy setup, clear sound, and is simple to use. I liked the convertible option, but was slightly disappointed with the ear piece fit, but the over-the-head style is weightless and comfortable. I was also impressed with the service of the customer reps at headsets.com. They made my purchase quick and enjoyable. Thank you!
