Have had two of these and on both the microphone has stopped working. The first was within the first year so I got a replacement. I have used the second one now for a couple of years and the microphone has gone on it as well. No pysical damage that I can see, it just stopped working

The ear pieces on the headset are not durable enough. I use this in a call center for a hearing impaired man and the ear piece broke and this is not a rugged environment.
