The ear piece that goes around the ear is too big. I can't wear it, it falls off my ear. I need to send it back.

Great product but only 1 problem

This product works great and I am very pleased with it's usefulness and was surprised when it came with a eyeglass connector.So I tried the headset w/o the connector and it stays on the ear but doesn't stay in place well because there isn't anything to adjust the back part behind the ear.With the connector it stays much easier but you can't take of your glasses w/o removing the headset.I was told there would be more than 1 earpiece but there was only 1.I'm a police dispatcher and work 12 hours shifts so overall the headset is great,you just have to make some adjustments on very minor things.

I have had one of these same headsets for over 15 years. I wouldn't want to work without one. It's the only kind I find comfortable. I'm hoping this one takes me into retirement as I understand it is being discontinued. Your service was great, and I received the headset the next day. Many thanks.

I love it!

The Starset makes me feel like a secret service agent and I love it! It is very small and inconspicuous and offers great sound quality. If you don’t mind plugging the headset directly in your ear and want a small lightweight headset this is it. I can wear this thing for 8 hours uninterrupted and my ear feels fine at the end of the day. Very high tech.
