This headset is great if you work in a loud environment! Using both ears is really great for concentrating on your calls and the noise-canceling option filters out background noise so my callers hear me, not my helter-skelter work environment.

The Plantronics Supra Binaural is a great entry-level, binaural headset. It is affordable and comfortable. If you work in a loud environment this headset will help you concentrate on your calls. I feel like I close deals more easily when I use it. It makes a difference listening to my prospects with both ears; you can really understand their mood better. I'm probably going to upgrade to the noise-canceling version though. My callers can sometimes hear office noise around me, and I bet it would help my sales even more if they didn't.

I thought that neck pain was just an occupational hazzard for my line of work. That was until I got your catalog. Within one hour of receiving and using your headset, my neck pain was gone. Your headset has paid for itself many times over since I don't need to go to the masseuse or chiropractor anymore.

The replacement foam pads are at least as good as the original pads that came with my headset about seven years ago.
