Pair of Plantronics Foam Ear Cushions for Encore / Supra
The replacement foam pads are at least as good as the original pads that came with my headset about seven years ago.

Plantronics Supra Noise-Canceling Headset (H51N)
I have been buying from headsets.com for over 10 years. This is without a doubt the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. This headset is terribly uncomfortable, and I can't hear my callers very well. Also, the lead cord from the ear piece is too think and inflexible; the ear piece moves off my ear every time I turn my head. I am very unhappy with this product.
