This SupraPlus headset is the epitome of all other commonly used headsets! The microphone tube makes it very clear for those on the other end to understand what one is saying, which is very important for business purposes. I would definitely advise anyone who uses a headset for professional reasons to go out and purchase this headset, or inquire with personnel about getting these installed in the office.

The voice tube on the Plantronics SupraPlus H251 is amazing. It's flexible, and seems to pick up all the sounds around me. When my coworkers get too noisy, I have ammunition when I tell them that my callers can't hear my voice clearly. :)
I've never used the old Supra, but this new one is a simple and great headset.

The headset is very comfortable and lightweight. The foam ear pads take away from the overall quality. I replaced with the leatherette ear pads and it was a huge difference in the comfort level.
