This headset is a worthy upgrade

I just upgraded from an old Supra and this new Supra Plus is awesome. That's not to say my old Supra was terrible, but I noticed it got uncomfortable on my head after 5 hours. This new Supra is comfortable even if I wear it all day long.

AWESOME!

Awesome headset! I work in a call center, so you can imagine how many hours a day I am on the phone. Clear conversations and I never miss a call. There is one thing I would change, that is the way it fits when worn over the ear. It does not feel very secure, and flops around when you move your head. I love the Plantronics SupraPlus, I will still recommend it to anyone!

Big improvement over handset

This is my first headset and they are much more convenient than a handset. The sound is clear on the headset. I have no problem hearing a conversation. If I turn the volume on my Plantronics M22 up too high (past 5 on a scale of 1 - 10)the line gets very staticy. If you really want to concentrate on the call or are hard of hearing I would recommend a headset for both ears.

Plantronics Supra Plus H251N

The sound quality is excellent. It's snug enough to stay put on my head, yet not too tight to cause pain. That is a very important feature to me because I am up and around a lot throughout the day and it's works out great for me. The only minor complaint I have about it is the adapter cord. It's a little heavy and can cause the headset to slide down, but if you use the clip on the wire, it stays in place pretty well. I would definitely recommend this headset to others, especially to those that are up and around the office a lot.

These headsets sound better on the phone then our old ones. My staff says for comfort, they just have to get used to them. They are tight tight on their heads right now. But they love them.
