Plantronics SupraPlus Noise-Canceling Headset (H261N)

Our phone company was charging about $50 more for the headsets. I told my boss I'd find a better deal online and that's how I came to Headsets.com. I use the SupraPlus Noise-Canceling headset.

So it's a very affordable set. That was one of the big factors in it. I use stereo headsets at home to listen to my TV, so I got a stereo headset for my phone so I could hear in both ears. The only other thing I'd say is the microphone is better on this one. If you look at the other kind, its a really long piece. This one has a cute shorter microphone, and its noise canceling which makes me sound louder too.

I don't take any phone calls without my headset now, you can't hold up the phone once your used to it.

My staff wear these 8 hours a day and find them very comfortable and easy to use. The only problem I have with them is that they are not very durable and I have become a master at repairing earphones that come detached from the headband

The Supra Plus H261N Headset - binaural - is the tops! I hear much better with two than with one and allows me to concentrate better without being distracted. This is what I need for my job at home! Thank you Headsets!

After trying the headset, I noticed a complete change. The sound quality was better and after listening to the recorded call, you could not hear any outside noise.

The Plantronics SupraPlus Noise-Canceling Headsets that we purchased proved their value the very first day we used them! We purchased these particular headsets largely because the Customer service representative at Headsets.com had indicated that these were excellent in drowning out any external noises inherent in busy work environments.

We use these headsets for job candidates during an interactive customer service test. Our employment testing office is always very quiet however, we occasionally do conduct employment testing at off-site company locations. At these off-sites we don't have as much control over the work environment noise levels. Well on the first day of using the new headsets, would you believe a construction team was working (and singing)right next to our testing room and above the ceiling? If that wasn't enough, the facility that we were testing at was near an airport.

The candidates remained focused on their test and were not distracted by any of these noises. We were able to conduct our testing without any time lost or candidate complaints. The product is user-friendly and comfortable. The clothing clip on the cord could be secured better. A couple of them fell off on the first day and had to be put back onto the cord.
