I love love love my headset. I have been using the same Plantronics device for several years problem free. I needed a new head set and it couldnt have been any easier to order and recieve it in a very short time! Thanks for the tootsie rolls! Their my favorite

the product is great fits correctly over head it does not fall off. It sounds clear just like if you were to be talking on the actul phone.

Nicely adjustable mic stalk, all-day comfort. I would note that one of the two units I received appeared to have been a return with slight wear. I told my staffer to suck it up and be glad she isn't using a handset; that seemed to polish it up. Pretty satisfied.
