Call Center Director / Haltheon Management

I really like the Plantronics T20 because it allows us to save cost on buying new phones. My marketers enjoy it as well and it has really worked for us. I started this call center in April of 2004 and I was a bit concerned with how well these new headsets would work. Well, it was a very smooth transition and I am very pleased. I'm adding new stations next week and, as I write this review, I'm about to order 7 more.

Dream come true

This headset system is a dream come true. I can replace my multi-line phone system with a multi-line headset system. No more wasting one of my hands holding a phone!
