A headset for the true tele-professional.

The Plantronics Tristar Noise-Cancelling is a wonderful headset. It is small, lightweight and hair friendly!

The Tristar NC gives excellent sound quality for both me and the person I'm talking to. If you don’t like the "In the Ear " style headset, or plan to share a headset with another person then this one may NOT be for you — as the ear buds are a bit personal. You have 4 ear bud inserts to work with but you'll only want to choose the one you use once, they're not that easy to switch and they get lost easily, so you can't really have one person use this insert, that person use that one.

Also, it takes a little effort to put on because you have to get it right for it to be comfortable - but once it is right you can wear it for a full shift with no comfort problems. I wouldn't trade it for any headset I've tried.

Thanks Chris for finding a Headset for me

I am using this product with my hearing aid. Thanks for taking the time to find a headset just for me. (A competitor) had no idea what would or wouldn't work with my hearing aid. When I called Chris (our customer service manager) he knew exactly what I needed with my phone and my hearing aid in mind.

Plantronics TriStar Headset (H81)

Our agents love the TriStar, but we have had many breakages where they go into the ear. However, with the warranty they are easily replaced.
