The amplifier seems to take a few seconds to connect the call and there are times that I need to press the mute button to connect it. Other than that, it works well.

We have used this amplifier for many years in our 90 person call center. The battery life is exceptional and the features are excellent.

M22 amplifier does have an occasional problem of not "turning on" when you push the button to answer the phone and you have to push the button a couple more times to get it on. When it is working properly you get great sound quality for the money.
