Plantronics Voyager 510S Wireless Office Headset Basic Bundle

so far the unit has performed great. easy set up. at certain times I get a bit of an echo of my voice on my unit when speaking with a customer.

I like the ability to move around in my office (i.e. cordless); however, the product without the headset lifter limits its usefulness [not sure if this would make a difference as how everything works and works together is not clear to me] and I have had some issues with people not being able to hear me speak because of the shortness of the boom mike.

My doctor recommended a handsfree headset due to some neck and shoulder pain. Online customer support recommended this product with the automated headset lifter.

It took me less than 10 minutes to set everything up, including pairing the headset to my Iphone! I know it's for work but it feels more like a toy.

Sound quality is excellent, both for the caller and the listener and vice versa.

Range in my office seems to exceed 30 feet without any suffering in call quality.

Wish I hadn't waited so long for my first headset.

I am using this headset in conjunction with a Mitel 4025 Superset.

The 510S has amazing sound quality and clarity. Range on the 510S is also very good.

I am planning on purchasing the 510S for the rest of our office personnel.

Its small, and snug on my ear, and allows me to move freely around the office and not be tied down to my desk. The different size ear buds, ensure my comfort. However, it is a little heavy on my ear. That is the only set back.

This was my third purchase. I have three people who have blackberries as well as headsets for their landlines and it was a perfect fit. They all applaud them.

It was easy to connect to my phone and get powered up.

When I first used the device, I had difficulty getting both the speaking volume and listening volume adjusted properly. It turned out this was due to not having an eartip on the headset. The instructions implied an eartip was pre-installed on the headset. After I looked at the bag of spare eartips, I realized there was no eartip on the headset. So, all the earlier issues were due to the headset not being fitted properly on my ear.

AWESOME. Great reception, very convenient, and good range.

It is doing exactly what I wanted it to do. Only comment is that it took two of us to set up. Medium difficulty.

The only thing that I didn't think of ordering was the HL10 automatic handset lifter. I was cautioned that it might not work with my AT&T model 992 but it works perfectly.

I’m a simple girl, and if there is one thing that simplifies life it’s the Plantronics Voyager 510S.

Talk about convenient- this headset is designed to make your headsetting life a little more enjoyable.

Forget about having one headset for your Bluetooth capable cell phone or PDA and another for your desk phone, this one headset does both, and does so seamlessly.

It works with virtually all corded office phones and Bluetooth enabled devices as well- it doesn’t take the newest desk phone on the market to allow the headset to work.

Best of all, it’s affordable.

Buying the 510S and being able to use it with your cell phone is less expensive and more advantageous than buying a wireless headset for your desk phone and a Bluetooth capable headset by far.

The only major drawback I’ve found on this headset is the range when used with a desk phone. Since it runs on Bluetooth technology and there is a law preventing Bluetooth signal to go over 33 feet, when used with the desk phone it has a limited range of up to 33 feet as well.

However, the range of the headset is not enough to deter me from the convenience of the headset and the time it ultimately saves me when using it.

I use the voyager 510 in high noise areas 5-6000 minutes per month sound quality both ways is great.... just don't get it wet

I use this with my Mac mini (OS X operating system) which travels with me. This bluetooth is a great alternative to USB headsets for calling with SKYPE.

I bought this because of the great reviews. Sound quality is good but fit is awkward. Headset is bulky and earpieces are a bit ill-fitting. Agree with other comments that volume controls are tough to use when headset is being worn.

I had the older model of the Voyager and I really love the new one. They have improved on the wind reduction. Great product and once again great service from Headsets.com. Love you guys! Thanks again.

I really like the core values of your company and everyone I have dealt with on your team. They have been very helpful in trying to find the right headset for me. I however still don't think that I have the right fit. I love the Plantronics 510s. It was super easy to set up and very user friendly. It has a very comfortable fit and my Customers didn’t even know that I was wearing a headset. The other thing that is remarkable is the fact that I can answer my cell phone and my office phone without having to do anything except to power on my phone and the initial link. I can be wearing my headset in the car, leave it on and walk into my office and start working without any transition! Unfortunately, it won't work in my office environment due to an unknown interference that makes a buzzing in my ear only and it is intermittent. I replaced it with the GN 6210 from a suggestion on one of your front line team members. It is not as easy to put on, the button isn't as easy to find and my ear hurts after a very short period of time talking! I am still giving it a try, but I will probably return it, repurchase the 510s earpiece only for my cell phone and figure out what to do about my office set up. I haven’t given up yet and I know that I have your support team to help me along the way.

We've been very satisfied with Plantronics products in the past, but this product's performance doesn't live up to that quality. The transition between land line and cell phone is not consistent, the headset seems to lose power quickly and the sound quality is not as good.
The earpiece is very comfortable - moreso than any other cordless device that we have in the office.

It works very well with my Cellphone and my Desk Phone. Whichever one rings I can answer within range with one-touch of the button. This Bluetooth Technology is Amazing.

The Plantronics Voyager 510 is an amazing headset that offers great sound quality and superior comfort. Set up is simple and connection with my bluetooth phone (Motorola v330) was flawless.
