You give the best customer service of all the vendors I have to work with. You are fast, efficient, and willing to go out of your way to help me. I enjoy working with live people who can speak English who have the answers or are willing to go get the answer. I also appreciate and respect the patience and tolerance I am given when I don't know what I'm talking about and just shooting buckshot in the dark. Every package I open has Tootsie Rolls in it and sometimes that's the only time during that day that someone has done something nice for me. Funny how the little things can mean so much. Thanks again.
