Casey Martinez - Staff Reviewer  I cannot stop raving about the Sennheiser BW900. It’s in a class all by itself. Until recently, you could have a Bluetooth headset for your cell phone that got up to 33 feet of wireless range and a separate wireless headset for your office that had an up to a 300 ft. range. Then the manufacturers decided it would be a fantastic idea to combine two headsets into one and succeeded in designing headsets that would work with both your office as well as with your Bluetooth phone, but the extent of how far it could go was limited by law to Bluetooth’s 33 foot range. Fortunately, Sennheiser has designed a headset that can work up to that same 33 ft. range when used in conjunction with a Bluetooth capable device but best of all it can now get the range of up to 300 ft. when used in conjunction with an office phone. Advancements are a beautiful thing, and Sennheiser has made me really excited with this brand new product. It’s large compared to most Bluetooth headsets on the market, but it’s so incredibly comfortable and convenient that the size isn’t much of an obstacle for me to overcome. This does NOT connect wirelessly w/Windows 7 nor can windows find drivers for it. Ive tried everything I know, and Im no dummy when it comes to hardware. Im ordering the cable because I NEED a clear mic for dictation.. Paid top dollar for this and Im pretty disappointed so far.. should have done more research..

Not for Voice dictation

This product is for those who want to use internet phone. If you just want a wireless headset for voice dictation, this is not it. After I couldn't get it working wirelessly, tech support at Sennheiser said I needed an audio cable to connect directly to my computer. I ordered that but to use it I have to disconnect my speakers. I am returning it all.

We bought one of these products at my organization and the microphone would not work, period. We could hear the person on the other end but they could not hear us. All troubleshooting steps were attempted. Sennheiser grudgingly sent us a replacement after much argument. Lo and behold, the replacement had the exact same problem. We demanded a refund immediately - the first and last product we will ever buy from Sennheiser. Unbelievable that this company can pass this junk off on the public.

Best wireless headset ever. I can talk in the car and the other person can't hear the wind noise from the window being down. How cool is that?!?! Audio quality is unmatched and switching is great.
