Very clear and comfortable. I am thankful for the email letting me know that I needed to purchase a phone connector cord. I had already read the reviews and saw that I needed one. The cord really should be provided by the company or at least mention that it is needed when selling the headset. But as a whole the purchase is very nice so far.

Works great with the 2.5mm adaptor and my Panasonic Wireless phone. No need for an amplifier with this setup

Best headset I

My job requires that I talk on the phone all day, sometimes with just a single person but often in conference calls. In the past I've had trouble being heard or hearing if one or more of other parties are using speakerphones. I've not had any problems with Sennheiser CC 520 (amplified). The automatic modulating of the speaker volume actually works. I can also comfortably wear these for 8 or more hours. I highly recommend them.

I wear Senneheiser headphones often, and these feel just like my favorite pair. I'm not a huge headset fan, but I need it for my work. This is comfortable like headphones and from a good brand.
