Sennheiser VMX Office Wireless Headset Basic Bundle

Quite honestly for the money I would have thought it would have been out of this world headset and it isn't.

Was great and fast service.

Love the ability to transfer between business phone and cell phone. Charge lasts all day and headset easily stays on ear. Sound is high quality, and I only have 1-2 calls per month that sound faded. Easy to hook up and looks great on the desktop. Charging station is a little clumsy.

Cradle will not charge.
I've had two (2) replacement cradles sent. The last one worked for a day. The ear piece will charge via USB. There is a flaw in the cradle design, I never had this problems with my Plantronics headset which I had for six (6) years until it died. I would not recommend this product and will look into returning it.

Not a reliable product. Very inconsistent, either the Bluetooth didn't work or the base unit, didn't work. Bluetooth didn't make the connection to the base.

I ordered four of these Headsets for the 60 Day Trial. Upon receiving them, to the initial units would not charge. One unit is the actually bluetooth, the other one, it was the base. And as of yesterday, mine will not charge. I would not recommend this unit. Two of the managers, have switched back to their original Plantronics Unit, and today, I'm going to do the same thing. The aggravation of trying to make these units, charge, and not being able to hear clearly, it not suitable for our work environment. Our managers are on the phone constantly, and they need reliable communication devices, to perform their jobs properly. Thank you for the opportunity. But, I will be returning, 3 of the 4 units.

Pros: We like the style and the size of the Bluetooth/ear piece unit. That's about it. If it work, properly, we would have strongly considered making the purchase.

It works great. I have the ear piece set up also with my Bluetooth. I also works great with my cell phone. The only thing I can say they both do not work with out reconnecting. In other words if I get a cell call after a regular phone call the cell does not work. I have to reconnect it.

We are experimenting with this Sennheiser Bluetooth headset system since our older GN Netcom headset system finally gave up. My Sr. Clerk thought at first that it would be too heavy on her ear and also uncomfortable, but to her surprise she found it very workable and can wear it all day without any problems. We are now thinking of replacing another clerks headset with this system.

This is finally the headset you've been waiting for. I just threw out 2 other headsets in favor of one that I can use for my blackberry, skype/dragon naturally speaking and now my new shore-tel phone that i got at work. Switching between devices is so easy and the headset operation has been dumbed down to the point where you wonder why nobody else made it this simple? Setup was about 2 minutes including pairing to my BB Curve. The audio quality? nobody even knows I'm in the car its so good. The receiver volume is amazingly clear. I don't have to shout in the car anymore! I feel more productive, and I'm a Sennheiser fan for life. And about durability but it seems solid, and I was told it has a 2 year warranty, which is literally 2x better than the 'other brands'.
