The Sennheiser VMX100 is a neat, compact Bluetooth headset that delivers awesome sound.
It has a cool space aged design that is totally unique. The headset’s microphone boom can be closed making it even more compact and you can answer a call just by swinging the headset open No need to touch your phone.
The headset is really comfortable and quite adjustable for a good fit.
Unfortunately this headset was not designed for people who wear glasses, such as myself.
Because the bulk of the headset sits behind the ear and over the ear, there is just no way to have the headset and your glasses fit correctly at the same time.
I can’t be without my glasses so this was not the headset for me.
Another downside comes from the adjustable microphone. If you have small ears and need the headset to fit tight the headset may think it’s supposed to be closed and will shut down.
This can be super frustrating, especially when you’re driving.
That said, if you’re looking for a super slick looking headset with great sound, this could be the headset for you.
My wife said there was some background (wind) noise when used in the car with all windows open(2005 Impala @ 55mph.) When the volume was turned down she said it sounded as though I were in a tunnel.
