The piece is light and comfortable but I found it not easy to hear. The speaker rests outside the ear so the volume needs to be high. Also the button to connect had to be pressed multiple times to get it to work. This is not a favorite.

Wind reduction is horrible, it’s almost like it amplifies the wind. The earpiece is uncomfortable and falls off very easily. I walk and talk and I have to hold the earpiece in. Not OK. The design is sleek, but that doesn’t make up for the poor design of the unit itself. The ear wrap should be more flexible and fit the ear better. The unit is really meant for people who only use it in their office and don’t move an inch!

It works great. I have the ear piece set up also with my Bluetooth. I also works great with my cell phone. The only thing I can say they both do not work with out reconnecting. In other words if I get a cell call after a regular phone call the cell does not work. I have to reconnect it.

We are experimenting with this Sennheiser Bluetooth headset system since our older GN Netcom headset system finally gave up. My Sr. Clerk thought at first that it would be too heavy on her ear and also uncomfortable, but to her surprise she found it very workable and can wear it all day without any problems. We are now thinking of replacing another clerks headset with this system.
