My favorite new gadget

Yeah! I got rid of the second headset I had to use when talking on Skype. Now I can use my wireless Plantronics headset for phone and Skype and listening to Webinars. I love it.

Good solution if you

We're using the ZMS10, and it is the only product out there that takes your non-USB wireless or wired headset and allows you to use it on the PC. Since we're using Microsoft Office Communicator, making calls from our PC's and also from our Avaya phone system, the ZoomSwitch gives you the best of both worlds and lets you make the most of the phone headset that you already invested in. Thanks.

Actually, they sell the ZMS15 cable that allows the ZoomSwitch to take the headphone connection in Port B of the ZoomSwitch, so it's not really a shortcoming, just an accessory that you need. The ZoomSwitch works beautifully for us.

one thing I did not know about this adaptor was it would not take the signal from my computer's headphones out. I'm having difficulty finding a set up to use this adaptor with my new set.
