When I first called, I asked for a manual as I was having trouble remotely answering calls from my headset. The first agent I spoke with had me check a few things on the back of the phone and receiver and stated that i needed this part. I advised our president which stated that we had ordered this part already so I advised the sales agent which checked into the account and stated that we had only ordered them for new york and need them in order to remotely answer, I received the order last week and we already have all of this equipment. I feel like I have been taken for a ride. I need to return them asap and need help fixing my problem please. thank you
