Over the years I have had many many of the different corded (CT 12) and cordless headsets (CS50) phones. My most recent one broke about a month ago and I simply can't get on the phone for more than a minute. I refuse to get "phone neck" and/or a soar arm. I am almost lost without these. In the past I always kept a spare or two so I would not find myself in this situation. Now...HELP!!

The only suggestion I have for improvement is to find a way to place the dial pad on the earphone as At&t from Sams Club used to have-although talk about heavy! Whatever, they were only $100.00 so I bought five. Regardless, I have likely lost 20lbs. running back and forth to the phone so I could dial but prefer not to do this much activity between each call if possible.

Finally, with the latest model I had (which looks much like the "most popular" now, I too had a hard time getting it going. However, much like in a few other posts I read, as soon as I called customer service and followed directions, I was extremely glad I had not give up. These phones do seem to be continually improving over the years and I look forward to ordering another today ~ I hope!

We love the fact that it is wireless, however, we have a problem with comfort with all three headsets. We don't even use the ear loop because it falls off our ear, and the other two give us a headache after a few hours of use.

I have to say that this headset is SUPER! I have the Marathon with the dial pad, so I can transfer from the copier, the showroom even the break room ;)I would say that the unit is slightly heavy and the "head band" is the greatest but it is very function-able. I also think that customer service is on the top of my list of things that is important, I did have a few issues getting it set up but customer service walked me through the process and was very, very helpful! One thing I would add to it was playing music through it, some other models do that and I think that is awesome.

We have bought several of these for our office, and they get great reviews from our users. Initial install questions that we had were answered quickly by the Headsets.com support staff.

Impossible to install could not get to work sent it back

My company picked a few of these up for our small team last month, and we love them! They were very easy to setup, and now we are not tied to our desks when talking with our clients. The voice quality is very high and the range is very good. The voice quality is much better than the Plantronics headset I used before.

This is a recommended headset from a previous model I purchased that was too heavy used over the ear. This headset had several issues. It was just as heavy (if not more) than the other model, had the most uncomfortable piece that you had to place inside your ear, and when I tried to use the around the neck attachment, it was not adjustable so I had to deal with it rubbing against my neck/spine in order to have some kind of cushion on my ear. It was very staticky when used inside my office and even more so when I stepped out around the general common areas. People had a hard time hearing me when the volume was turned up all the way and the handset lifter was the biggest joke. The sticky pads never stuck so the handset would only lift sometimes because the lifter slid out of place from the proper position. My advice, stay far away from this lemon!

Overall I'm very happy with the range I get with this new wireless system. I also like the sound quality and the instructions to connect are very good. I had the Plantronics system and the range was poor but I feel the cordless headset is much more advanced in its styling than my new AT&T. I'm surprised that AT&T doesn't use the same very light weight, shorter length, and easier to wear styling that Plantronics has always used. If AT&T can duplicate the cordless headset, they would have a PERFECT product.

The unit is a bit heavy. It does work for what I need, but after I have had it on fora few hours, my ear begins to hurt. I am only trying it because the one I currently have hurts my ear as well. So this does work and it is nice to be cordless, but the problem is still there. I just want one that will not be so tight that it hurts my ear.

This thing is terrible. The sticky tape doesn't stay put. It doesn't lift the receiver properly and it does not hang up the telephone properly. I have had to readjust the location at least a dozen times and i haven't had it more than 2 weeks. I have to hang up the telephone with the receiver. For this reason alone i would not keep this phone. I plan on sending it back and asking for another headset combo.
