The headsets are not working for us we are not getting the range expected in fact we are getting less range from the AT&T that we are with our plantronics. I need to send them back and order something else, it is not the fault of the manufacturer we are in a steel structure and we have problems all the time.

I decided to buy this to save money on replacing my Plantronics CS55. I should have known better: while its looks are impressive, the ergonomics leaves a lot to be desired. Compared to the CS55, the way the unit sat on my ear was terrible. I ended up getting another Plantronics CS55.

I tried this headset for about a week I really tried to get it to work. The range was double my last headset. This is what I was looking for. However range doesn't mean anything when you can't hear who you are talking to when your sitting at your desk. I tried multiple settings to no avail. The Support team was great but it just didn't want to sync up with my base. There would be calls that I could hear great and the next call I had to strain to hear a thing. I would be on a call and hear fine at first and it would just cut in half of what it was when first picked up.
