An amazing experience

I typically get all my headsets from headsets.com, so needing a new one, I called for advice. This AT & T product was recommended and shipped promptly. The first one that arrived, didn't work properly, and the instruction manual said to contact AT & T directly. I did this twice, both times speaking to someone overseas who clearly didn't even understand how this particular headset combo worked. Shipping took a significant amount of time, and after the second one still didn't work, I called you folks directly. Once again, you got it spot on. Your rep diagnosed the problem immediately, suggested sending me an entirely new system, and when I confessed that I'd been at this for so long I was now up against a deadline, he shipped it to me overnight. As he predicted, the new system worked perfectly and set up went exactly as described in the manual. You could not have been more helpful or understanding, and the product, as your rep told me it would, meets my needs perfectly.
