I like my office runner. Your customer service is great. The only concern I have is I purchased my first headset in 2011 and now 3 years later I had to spend another $200.00 because the original cube was fading in and out. I would hope the product would last longer. That being said I do want again to say your people at headset.com are great to work with.

I have a comment about the microphone. The ear piece does not rotate to accommodate to your needs therefore is not comfortable for someone using it all day long.
