Only issue is getting the cover off the back of the headset without breaking anything. also the battery connection is so small it is somewhat difficult to disconnect without disrupting the wiring. But otherwise it was an easy install and seems to be working fine but havent had an opportunity to use it for an extended time.

My Plantronics CS361N wireless headset is about 3 years old. Over time the battery life decreased to the point where I'd have to put the headset on the charger after every call. Number 2 complaint-- You price the battery at $40, yet the same battery is 12.99 or less on the Internet. Granted your customer service is, in my opinion, one of the best I've ever witnessed (and I've managed a top-notch CS group before!). But you are definitely gouging with the price AND supporting CHINA! I would pay that much for a USA battery, but future battery orders WILL BE from other sources... unless their support is being handled "across the pond".

I have used my Plantronics headset for over a year. It works so well that I've become known as "Ms. Gadget" in my office. People are amazed to see me touch my ear and begin talking when on an opposite side from my telephone. I answer 3 other lines plus my own and have set my telephone for different rings for each line so I don't have to look at the phone to know the proper greeting with which to answer. One issue with that; however, my headset works so well that even when I can't hear the phone, I get the call...only annoying when in the restroom!
