When we got the batteries one did not register a blue light when put on the charger. I liked the fact that when I called for help to find out if the battery was defective I got someone immediately who told me to let it charge for 20 - 30 minutes as it could have not had any charge on it. Not like the other one that did have some charge. The last thing I wanted to do was wait on hold, and I didn't have to.

I guess something is wrong with the headset itself because all four white lights are on the base, the red light stays on and the light next to the telephone icon on the base. The only thing that doesn't stay on is the blue light on the headset itself and no matter what, it does not pick up the dial tone from the phone so I've given up on it.

We placed 2 orders for 3 headsets each time and we are on our 2nd and 3rd battery replacements within about 2 years. We are unsure if the problems are exclusively with the batteries or with the headsets also since upon resetting the headsets the batteries work better for a period of time. Aside from the questionable battery lifespan / headset interaction the devices themselves have been fantastic!

Love it! My only disappointment is that the busy light isn't compatible with my Cisco phone and hook switch. I really wish there was something I could use to make people aware I am on the phone. The new battery is working great. It had a full charge as soon as I put it in. I typically don't write reviews for anything but I have had my Office Runner Headset for over 2 years and I absolutely love it. I work 10-12 hour days and needed something wireless that would last that long and recharge fast. If you've been thinking about buying this headset, DO IT!!! It's awesome! Thank you for the great service, but I'm not sure my headset is 100%. I get complaints that my caller can't hear me loud enough and then when I turn up the volume on the base unit, there's echo in my ear. Luckily, this doesn't happen too often. Button is in the "A" position on the base unit. I love this headset and really have come to depend on being hands free! Any advise on my issue would be appreciated, thanks!
PS: headset is always left on charger when not being used. "4" is because of this, but still very happy with product!

I actually called customer service for support more than once. The first support rep did not try to sell me something immediately, but worked with me on diagnostics to find the root cause of the problem. She could have sold me a new microphone for about $150 or a battery for $30. It turns out that the new battery has fixed the problem. When I call for support I expect the support rep to help we fix my problem and not sell me something I don't need. They is exactly what they did. I would recommend Headsets.com to others.

So the reason I contacted Headsets was to look for a different headset. The Sennheiser has always been a problem since original purchase. I put the new batteries in, charged, then synced. The headset worked fine the first day. Then it began the old routine of disconnecting base from headset. That requires I shut the unit down completely and then resync. Multiple times in a day just doesn't make sense. I'm not sure I am any better off than previously. But thanks for the batteries. The support staff was helpful.

The order we placed was an issue with the battery that came with the new unit .. had to be replaced, the rep I spoke to on the phone (I think it was Bren) advised you would ship this out at n/c to us. The genuine replacement batteries do not hold a decent charge. I put on my headset at about 7:30 and before 10:00 I have to put it back on the charger because it has used all its power. After recharging for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, it will then last until I go to lunch at 1 p.m. while I have lunch it charges again for about an hour and it then only last until about 3:30. I don't know if the other s that I bought batteries are having the same problems but this is as bad as it was before I got the new battery. Besides that I was on vacation and it sat on the charger the entire time I was gone.

My 10 month old Officerunner wasn't holding a charge so I called to purchase a replacement battery. I was told it was covered under warranty and they would ship a new battery with replacement instructions right out. It took longer to write this review than to call & get my issue resolved.
