I really do like this new headphone. I received it and couldn't figure out how to put it together from the instructions. So, I tried the disc. The only thing that could be opened was a PDF of the manual. No help what so ever. So, I called 800 number. The young lady was EXTREMELY helpful. Without her, the thing would have been returned.

I found the listening volume is very low, even when adjusted. I was unable to get the ear bud comfortably around the ear, so I had to use the head piece instead. Do like this one.....may return. Any other options offered?

We've used the Plantronics CS55 and CS70 for several years and been happy. The Sennheiser sound quality and ease of setup and use is bar none the best so far. The headset is also asthetically pleasing to the eye. All around great product.

I received the unit earlier than expected which was nice. The unit arrived in like new condition with all accessories and manuals as promised. It has performed without problems, thstaff loves it. Cons- the removable plastic cover on the back of the unit could attach a bit more securely.

We have tried several wireless headsets but all had an echo or were just poor quality. This one everyone has been happy with. You still have to be at your phone to answer and hang up but it's one less wire to deal with and you can move around with out plugging and unpluggin your headset. We purchased 10 and only one do we have a problem with and I am sure the company is going to take care that. So I am very happy with this product - just wish it was a bit cheaper.
