We had to get a replacement handset lifter a few days later. The headset is now echoing. after a 30 minute conference call, the lifter started blinking red and wouldn't lift. The user is not happy and we might be returning it.

Pro: love the compact size on my desktop; calls are clear and easy to understand

Con: cannot use the earloops, they do not fit properly, consequently the mic does not sit properly and callers complain that they cannot hear me

techie found a couple of indiosyncracies with hook up to RCA phone system but resolved the problem adeptly. So far so good experience with product.
