I bought this for our office because I spend so much time on the phone taking reservations. I work 14 hour days sometimes and by the end of the day the pain in my neck and shoulders was terrible. I could also only step out of the office for no more than a few minutes at a time because of the phone.
The CS55 is like a miracle to me. Set up was a breeze and I was able to start using it within a few hours of receiving it. I just had to wait for the set to charge. It is lightweight and comfortable but best of all, I can walk around the office or on the grounds of the hotel and never miss a call. Hands free and pain free!! Awesome! Best money I have spent in a long time. Thank you!

I have used the CS50 for two years and love it. If for some reason I missed setting on the charger or the cleaners have unplugged the adapter, it only needs to recharge for about a 1/2 hour to be ready for operation for most of the day with only another 15 minute boost to finish the day. In those occasional moments I realize how much I depend on my headset. In a typical day I am on the phone about six hours. When charged the battery easily last all day.

Love the wireless headset, I'm able to move about the office with the customer on the line and answer the question from any where. I purchased the headset because of constant neck pain, since using the headset the pain has gone away. My only concern is that some customers state that it is hard to hear me. When I adjust the volume so that they can hear me well I get too much of an echo and can't do that or it cuts them out and I can't hear them. I'm hoping i have found a happy medium. Even with all that said I am very happy with the headset.

Headsets.com has been amazing! They have bent over backward to get our business by offering price matches on the lowest price we have found. They are super fast at answering email and stayed in constant contact with us. We have only had the product for approximately one week and so far, it seems to be wonderful. I love the ease of answering and talking on the phone while I am walking around the office. The handset lifter is a plus. We are having some issues with the sound quality (volume, echo and background noise) and it seems every time we get the volume levels correct, we have to reset them the next day. I'm not sure if it is because of our phone system or the units. The ear piece is a bit heavy so some of us have changed to wearing the headband. All in all I would buy these again. The have made our jobs so much easier, no more having to be tied to our desk while we are on hold for long periods of time, we can file and do other things at the same time!!

Versatility and the CS55 go hand in hand and that is what I adore about this headset.

It’s the same great headset as it’s predecessor, the CS50, with some minor improvements.

It’s still got those three different sized ear hooks and an over-the-head piece included in the packaging, so this headset definitely was made to suit the needs of the Customer.

The noise-canceling microphone still comes standard with this headset, so the person on the other line will only hear the person he or she is meant to hear.

It’s got a really clear signal because it runs on a frequency designed specifically for headsets, so that means less interference for the user.

It’s still equipped with the wireless range of up to 300 feet but it has a longer continuous talk time- 10 hours!

So far we love this product. We are an audiology clinic and most of the people we talk to on the phone have hearing loss. I was expecting to have people tell me that they could not hear me with the headset, but it hasn't been a problem at all. The only thing we were disappointed about was that in order to use a second microphone, we have to go through the re-synching process at shift changes (2 people job share and we didn't want to use the same microphone).

While I like the hands free format, I do not like the over the ear piece that goes with the CS55. the small, hard plastic pieces have no instructions showing how they should be worn. The pieces (many sizes included, which is nice) are painful against the ear, even with the earmuff to cover the center portion of the piece. I have yet to receive my behind the head piece to ascertain how it will work.

I am using my new CS50 cordless headset. It is the second one I've had. I loved the first one I had one for about 15 months. that one inadvertently got caught in the long arm on one of my outside potted plants and came off my ear and I didn't know where I lost it. I found it a month later and it had been in the several heavy rains and didn't work anymore. The new one seems as good as the first. Tried a couple of different ones from another brand and they did not match up well.

To be completely honest, the only reason I tried your product was that it was free and I wouldn’t have to pay the shipping back. I really had no intention of keeping the CS55 little less loving it. The flexibility and mobility to grab something from the filing cabinet across the office while on the conference call from hell, the relieve from my neck and shoulder issues are noticeable and it evokes funny “star trek” remark from very one I work with.

The only things that is a downside, and maybe I am not working it properly, is that I wish I could answer the phone via the headset (especially when I am down the hall from my desk). Otherwise, Bravo!

I've had numerous different (wired) headsets and this one is by far the best yet! The sound and microphone quality are great .. I don't have any problem hearing callers and they don't have any problems hearing me. The only thing I'd change is the on/off button on the ear piece is a little small and takes some getting used to ... would be better if it were an easier click on/off.
As important as the product has been the support staff at 1-800-Headsets ... always available, knowledgeable and very helpful ... Since buying this product in Jan I've had two small problems and the Customer Service Rep quickly solved each without delay... I would highly recommend them and this product to any potential buyer.

I am an Assistant to the Principal of a High School and a Office Manager for 3 offices within the school. I am constantly on my feet to and from offices and following behind a Principal. (That's moving) In order to ensure that telephones are answered in a timely fashion, I decided to sample the Headset request sent in the mail. My purchase of a Headset has inspired everyone in my office to purchase one!! They see how easy, convenient, professional it is. The freedom from the corded phone lets you multi-task with ease!! The only thing that would improve the unit would be a light to indicated you are on the phone-people think you are talking to them as you pass in the hall etc!!!!!!!!

CS55 -- a life (neck and shoulder) saver

I am very fussy when it comes to headsets -- especially wireless ones. The CS55, however, is an outstanding headset that offers tremendous value. It is a neck/shoulder saver, and offers sound clarity that delights me. The headset that came with my phone made many people I was talking with ask "can you switch to your handset?", and with the CS55 you can't tell the difference.

I like this one so much I'm going to buy one for my wife, who's been complaining about neck pain from all the time she spends on the phone at work.

I just purchased this headset and love it. Fits comfortably over your ear, or over the head with the band. It set up very quickly to my phone, pretty much plug and play. The reception is awesome, and so far battery life is great.....

As for negatives....no port to be able to plug an extra headset for someone to listen to the calls, and volume is a bit low, but acceptable.

This product is absolutely unbelievable. I can't believe that I have worked this long without it. Where has this thing been all of my life? It just blows me away to be able to stand at the copier or in the middle of filing and be able to answer and end calls with the push of a small button. My work life has really improved by not being tied down to my desk with a phone cord. I would highly recommend this product. All I can say is: WOW! WOW! WOW!
