inspite of the rep who guaranteed this hands free would work on my older samsung cell (SGH-A707)it doesnt work !!! I even visited the AT&T facility in Palmdale and they couldnt get it to work ... how do I get a refund ???

This product is to replace the similar one that was eaten by my dog. Really.
The one draw back on this product is that I had to use this because of the investments in chargers that I had. I would think that the industry would come up with a standard for charger connections.

Just purchased this unit and I am impressed by the comfort of wearing it. It does not slip off the ear easily and the rubber ear piece is an excellent design for good sound. Instructions to connect to bluetooth are a little confusing and inaccurate, but overall you can't beat this for the cost.
