the service replacement of the product was great and turn around time of getting new product was fast. The product doesn't seem to last that long. They last about two to three months and then go out. Really expensive product that doesn't last that long. I am looking into getting another headset that will do the same job.

We have used several of these and they do not last. The magnetic clip and microphone come apart after very minimal use. Users love them while they hold together.
