THE JOB:
Shifts are 8 hours-a-day, and can be anytime between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work weekends a plus.
Our Customer Service Representatives receive calls and emails from existing and new Customers and offer unparalleled Customer Service to create and maintain great Customer Relationships. The ability to create an emotional connection with a Customer on the telephone and via email is crucial to this position.

Headsets.com, Inc is located near the intersection of Van Ness and Post Street in San Francisco, close to public transportation and parking.

GETTING HIRED:
Interviewing usually spans about two weeks and will include several phone and usually two in-person interviews.
