I really like the convenience of this wireless headset. It allows me to be on a call but not tied to my desk. The CS55 gives me the freedom to be more efficient with my time because I can leave the headset on my ear all day at work and I can work with my hands free during frequent calls. The light-weight headset is still comfortable, even at the end of the day.

The CS70N is so comfortable. It is lightweight, discreet, and has 6 hours of continuous talk time so I can wear it all day. The sound quality is great and because it is wireless, I am free to walk around while I’m on the phone. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for quality and comfort in a small, stylish wireless headset.

The Plantronics SupraPlus H261N is my headset of choice. Why is this you ask? The answer is one word; binaural. This is what allows me to focus on you, the Customer, no matter how loud it gets in our call center. Another thing I like about the binaural feature is that I can listen to music in stereo between calls when I use it in conjunction with the Plantronics MX10 amplifier.

My favorite headset hands down (or should I say hands free) would be the Plantronics CS55. The CS55 is light weight and incredibly comfortable to wear; it also has sound quality that rivals almost all other headsets on the market. The best function of this headset is the ability to use the HL10 to answer calls away from my desk. I can answer and end calls by simply pressing a button on my headset. I can't live without my Plantronics CS55; try one and you'll know what I mean!

My personal favorite is the Voyager 510 . It is small enough to fit into tiny handbags while still having the best noise canceling and volume control. It stays on my ear even though I wear glasses and can easily be adjusted to be worn on either side.

My absolute favorite headset has to be the Plantronics CS361N! The sound quality on this is amazing. The binaural style lets me focus on my caller, and my caller only. With the noise canceling microphone, my caller has no idea how noisy it is in my work environment. All that, with no wires! How can you beat it? I would recommend this headset to anybody looking for a binaural wireless headset.

The Melody isn't the coolest looking headset out there, but it definitely does what I need it to do, and it's very inexpensive! It's a good workhorse that has all the features I need. A noise-canceling microphone, a stable Over-the-Head fit, and a nice sounding ear piece. I'd recommend this headset to anyone!

There is no truer symbol of luxury than the Plantronics CS55. Talk about freedom; I can walk up to 300 feet away from my desk, without fear of missing a call. Further, it helps me sleep easy at night knowing that come the next day, I can talk for a full 10 hours before I will have to charge the headset again. Ahhh, luxury never sounded so good.

I was so happy when Plantronics came out with this headset. I had previously used the Plantronics H261N, which is a fantastic corded headset, but... it has a cord! When they came out with a wireless version of the same headset I was totally stoked! Now I have a headset with the same quality and durability as the H261, but I can walk up to 300 feet from my desk with no wires! This headset is great and I'd recommend it to anyone.

My favorite headset has to be the SupraPlus (H261N). Its binaural design helps me concentrate on you, the Customer, especially when the office gets a little on the noisy side. The comfortable design doesn’t leave my ears sore at the end of the day, and the great noise-canceling feature lets you hear me loud and clear. Coupled with the M22 Amp, you can’t go wrong with this headset.

I really love the Plantronics H91N Encore. First off, the noise-canceling microphone means the Customer hears only me, not all of the usual business chatter and bustling of papers going on in the office. Second, it's comfortable! It covers only one ear which makes it lighter than the binaural version, and it fits snuggly. This is my headset of choice and I'm sort of attached to it!

I really had no clue how far headset technology had come until I started working here. The misconception of being stuck and tangled in cords was all my own! With the CS55 this isn't the case at all. I'm roaming around the office, I don't need to hang up the phone to walk to the printer, get papers from elsewhere, ask someone a question, or any of the things I'd normally have to put someone on hold for! It's absolutely golden!

I absolutely love this headset! I'm on the phone all day, and it really makes life easier. It's very lightweight, and the noise-canceling microphone means the person I'm talking to doesn't hear me typing, or any other background noise. It just fits right over my ear, and doesn't mess up my hair at all!

I love the sleek sophisticated look of the CS55. I feel like a big shot in some high rise prime location office suite (while the truth of the matter is that I may be begging PG&E to keep my power on). When I wear the CS55 I feel like a multi-millionaire stock broker who should be yelling BUY…SELL….BUY….SELL!!!...I owe it all to my CS55.

I’ve been using my Voyager 510 for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! The WindSmart microphone offers the best noise-canceling of any bluetooth headset we carry. I consider myself a Customer Service ninja—quick, effective, and precise. I L.O.V.E my wireless CS361N! Super comfortable and cute. This a great over-the-head binaural headset. Comes with nice leatherette ear cushions makes wearing it all day worth while! If you become distracted easily or just love talking to people so much that you want no one to bother you, then this is the perfect headset for you! My headset keeps my ears nice and covered so that my main focus will be those on the other side of the line! Call me I will tell you all about it!

I love “24” and I am always impressed with the high tech gadgetry that CTU agents use while attempting to thwart the dastardly deeds of their nemesis’. Using the CS70N makes me feel like I am a CTU agent helping Jack Bauer save the world. It is light weight and comfortable enough to wear all day while in the grind. It also looks slick and cool so I feel like a super agent while I help my Customers. The noise-canceling microphone is ideal for helping Jack Bauer hear every bit of important information vital to his mission instead of hearing what is going on around the office at CTU. If I am ever away from my desk in the situation room I can still carry on a conversation up to 300ft from my work station, and If I need to I can answer as well with the optional HL10 handset lifter. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to be hands free and doesn’t want to have an over the head style headset ruin their hair.

The BW900 is an amazing headset! The BW900 delivers excellent sound quality and an impressive amount of wireless range. I can get up when on a call and move from one end of our office to the other with no trouble and no change to the sound of the call. The BW900 is also capable of pairing to a Bluetooth enabled cellular phone. That’s a major plus for those people who juggle calls on their office and cell phones. Another plus is that the BW900 runs on two frequencies so when you’re on your office phone the range is up to 300 feet as opposed to the 33 foot range of Bluetooth. Most of the other office/cell phone headsets on the market are limited by the 33 foot range. The headset’s base has a second battery port…. This means that if you get a second battery there is never a need to worry about being without your headset due to a low battery. Simply swap out the low battery for the fully charged battery in your base and keep right on headsetting! Give it a try. I bet you love it!
