Can You Hear Me Now?

When I received the H351N headset, I was really excited; I could hear everyone so clearly and it looked really sleek. However, I am constantly told by our members that they can barely hear me. I have the volume up high and I feel like I have to shout into the mouth piece or bend it close to my mouth which defeats the purpose of having a hands free set. I guess new and popular doesn't always equal to better performance, but I realize that everyone's experience may vary.

In the mean time, I have placed a request with my company to purchase the Plantronics Encore H91N for me. The mic piece looks a little longer; hopefully, that will help. Also, thanks for the friendly service:)
