Great for work

I listen to MP3s all day at work and when people call me I have to remove my headphones and turn down the music. Since I got the MX10 I just push a button and can answer the phone. Push it again and I am back to my music. One thing, make sure to get a headset that covers both ears; it is easier to get used to hearing the phone through both ears than hearing your music through one.

Love it!

So far I love this product. It is awesome. Easily switch back and forth from calls to music. I noticed that if music is on and someone pages me internally that other caller cannot hear music which is great. Makes my work day so much better.

MX10 is old-fashioned, but a superior amp

I don't like looking at the Plantronics Multimedia Switcher Amplifier (MX10) on my desk. I wouldn't be without it, however. The ability to split listening between the phone and an external audio (PC, MP3, etc) source is excellent.
