Questions to Help You Choose:
By asking yourself the simple questions below you should be able
to narrow down your search to just a few models. Do you work in a noisy work environment?
Consider the Binaural styles and a noise-canceling microphone
for noisy offices. These will greatly increase your ability to give "total caller focus".
Do you miss calls when you're away from you're desk?
Look into wireless headsets. They not only give you the ability to be hands-free and wire-free, but when paired with a handset lifter allows you to wirelessly answer calls away from your desk!
Do you wear a hat or have a hairstyle that would impede a headband?
Try an on-the-ear model or the behind-the-neck model to avoid tangling the cord
when taking off the headset.
Do you need to keep taking off your headset during the day?
On-the-ear models are easiest to take off and put on. The In-the-Ear
models are probably inappropriate as they require a few moments to
fit comfortably.
Do you use the phone for more than a few hours a day?
