Call us at 1-800-963-7307 and we'll ensure you receive all your rewards promptly.

Reward points are automatically assigned to you after each online order and are tied to the email address you provided during enrolment or checkout. Points cannot be awarded to Google Checkout Customers. When you come back to make another purchase you'll build up more points to earn your way up to one of our reward tiers. Points are added to your account at time of purchase but may not be redeemed until after the 60-day return period or any other trial periods or return periods have expired (We want you to be happy with your purchase so please make sure you are before redeeming points!). Purchases for which points have been earned and used are considered final. Points apply to only online orders placed using the Headsets.com checkout process by US resident Customers for goods shipped to US addresses. Rewards Points have a cash value of $0.0001 US. Rewards members may redeem one reward from each tier reached. Reward recipients are responsible for any applicable state or federal taxes related to rewards awarded. If any of these prizes become unavailable due to circumstances outside of our control we'll substitute for an equivalent reward. This program may be changed, amended or discontinued at any time.
