Jawbone 2 Bluetooth Headset Voice Activity Sensor (VAS) & NoiseAssassin
Getting the best sound and the best fit from your Jawbone 2 Bluetooth headset
Most everyone who has heard of the Jawbone 2 Bluetooth headset has heard about the Jawbone's special form of noise-cancelling called NoiseAssassin. However most people have not heard of the voice activity sensor (VAS), or know how the NoiseAssassin works.
It's all in the name of the headset: The Jawbone. The excellent sound quality of the Jawbone is dependent on the VAS touching one's face. The VAS is the little white button on the inside of the headset.

If the VAS is not touching your face when you are using the Jawbone your voice will sound fuzzy and distant.
To get the proper fit, first try the Jawbone without the earloop. Try all three earbuds to see which one feels most secure and allows the VAS to touch your face. Once you have the best fitting earbud, then you can add on the optional earloop for extra security.
Once you have the fit correct, your voice will sound crystal clear to your callers and the background noise will be effectively "assassinated."
