Returns and Replacements from Headsets.com
We accept all returns within 60 days. Opened, used, doesn’t matter – we’ll take it back. Returning your headset is a snap:
- Call or email us – With a quick call to 1-800-432-3738 or email to email@example.com, your return will be setup within a couple minutes, and you’ll be given an RMA#
- Send it back – Pack up your return, write the RMA# on the outside of the box, and ship it back
That’s it! It really is that easy.

60 Day Guarantee
At Headsets.com you must be completely satisfied or return the item easily. We don't want you to use the wrong headset, and that is why you may return it for any (or no) reason. You have 60 days, from the day you receive your order, to return it to us for a prompt and courteous refund. We do ask that you call us at 1-800-HEADSETS (1-800-432-3738) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your intent to return. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (an RMA #) which will assure that the correct account is credited with the refund.
