Easy Returns at Headsets.com
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order, to return it to us for a prompt and courteous refund. At Headsets.com you must be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know that there’s no way to know if you’re satisfied without opening and trying out your new headset, so feel free to open it up and give it a try. We don’t want you to use the wrong headset, and that’s why you may return it for any (or no) reason.
If you do decide to return part or all of your order, we do ask that you call us at 1-800-HEADSETS (1-800-432-3738) or email us at email@example.com to let us know. You’ll be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (an RMA #) which will assure that the correct account is credited with the refund.
Don’t forget our full-replacement warranty!
At Headsets.com we promise you at least a one-year full replacement product warranty on everything we carry. Most of the wireless headsets that we carry offer a one-year warranty, while the OfficeRunner® and DW Pro2 wireless headsets from Sennheiser feature a full two-year replacement warranty. All of our corded office telephone headsets and amplifiers carry a two- or three-year full replacement product warranty.
