At Headsets.com you must be completely satisfied or return the item easily. We don't want you to use the wrong headset, and that is why you may return it for any (or no) reason. You have 60 days, from the day you receive your order, to return it to us for a prompt and courteous refund. We do ask that you call us at

returns@headsets.com to let us know of your intent to return and we'll get back to you in 2 business hours. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (an RMA #) which will assure that the correct account is credited with the refund.
