GN Netcom 9120 Wireless Headset System with Flex

This is a great, flexible wireless headset that converts easily from an over-the-head style to on-the-ear. You can get really great range with this unit, especially in unusual work scenarios (e.g. outside, a warehouse with metal walls, etc). The one drawback is that the outgoing volume control is pretty difficult to use, and the controls in general aren’t that intuitive. The mute function is also kind of awkward on this headset. Aside from that, it works really well. The RHL1000 is also a great accessory to use with your 9120 for answering calls remotely.

Poor volume

The volume control is poor. Some incoming calls are very loud (which is easy to adjust the volume down) and some calls come in very low. Even with the volume at max I have trouble hearing 80% of my calls.
