Plantronics HL10 Automated Handset Lifter
Unfortunately, product does not work with our telephone equipment. It will lift the handset but it will not replace the handset properly back on the cradle.

Great product quiet & smooth, comes with the acc. to make it work on my phone. The one thing I would suggest is that I have my phone at an angle,when it would lift it would roll off.I took off the neckrest & it worked great

There is sometimes a delay in the lifter responding to the headset answering a call.

it would be very nice if it also had a button on the lifter itself, seems odd probably, but for me it would be very convenient and not make my ear as sore (by having to push against it)

We are very pleased with our new trial headsets. I'm looking forward to trying them with the lifter. We had the other type, but you're still tied down to your telephone. This is much better!

The lifter works perfectly and in conjunction with the CS55 headset I now have the freedom to walk out in the warehouse and even outside the building and still not miss any phone calls. I recommend these two products to all those who don't sit right by their phone all day long.

We bought this for our office manager and she hated it. She continually either was too loud or could not be heard. There was static and loud noises in her ear. The lifter did not work to put the phone back on the hook and the whole experience was a nightmare for her. She returned everything.

I have a Nortel Phone and this lifter needs a flat edge, although it works on my phone, I will need to buy a ton of double face adhesive....

This is the best invention ever! Before if you wanted to answer the phone and you were away from the phone you had to sprint to the phone to answer, and then you could walk around anywhere in the building. I love this feature.

Very easy set up, not complicated at all. I wish I could put calls on hold and answer other calls, that's the only thing I miss. SO far (I've only had it a week) I really like the product. It's funny that the lifter is mechanical, you'd expect something more high tech, but it works.

The Plantronics HL10 Automated Handset Lifter is a great item. If it wasn't for the lifter, the cordless headset would not work as a completely wireless system.

Handset Lifter makes life much easier
This little additional unit is very helpful when you away from your desk. My boss wears the headset around his neck and walking around in the office. While he was making copies by the copy machine, he could also pick up the phone when it rings without running back to his desk.
