My first call was just to checkout my headset call quality. The CSR helped me make some minor adjustments so I had the best sound quality.

My next call was to learn how to pair a second headset for training purposes. She might have been reading the instructions, but she was clear on how to perform the operation.

My third call was for help with a DW Pro2 that did not work correctly.

The CSR (Brian?) had me try several things with the base. I told him that I could try pairing the headset with another base to see if it was the base or headset. He told me that I could call back and any co-worker could take over from there.

Today I called to get a replacement for the defective base. This was handled without a fuss.

In every instance that I have called Headsets.com I have been treated politely by people that know the product and seem to like their job. Wait times are short and getting through to a real person without navigating a phone tree was refreshing. You have a great balance of products and the people to back them. Headsets.com will be my first choice for headsets. I will highly recommend your company to others.”
