After being here for several years as the Office Administrator, I decided that my girls at the front desk needed much better equipment than they were working with. I decided that we needed wireless headsets, so I checked with our IT department to determine what equipment would be compatible with our phones, and we researched companies to see what was available. Luckily, I found Headsets.com! I have to say that in all the years I have been an Office Admin/or Manager, I can't remember doing business with a better group of people. I just read your Pickle steps, and it's great to know that there is still a company out there who has respect for their customers. Unfortunately, there aren't enough businesses today that look at things the way you do. I had all kinds of problems when we first got our new equipment, and I remember distinctly being on the phone with your rep for almost 2 hours while he walked us through the steps to get us up and running. He called us the next day to check on us to see that everything was OK and he was so patient with us through the whole process. I have had nothing but praise for your group since that time. Johnson and Johnson has bought our company, and I can only hope they will continue to do business with you, as I know they will be 100% satisfied with whatever you do for them.
