She swore by it, and I have had zero issues with it so far. She suggested the headset lifter, and after taking care of some billing updates with Jeff Martin (who was a tremendous help), we ended up placing an order for the handset lifter. Once it arrived, I called and spoke with a Dan (was unable to catch the last name) to help me set it up properly. He did an outstanding job making sure everything was set before he let me off the line. “I opened the package for my new handset lifter, and as I noticed all the "stuff" in the package, I immediately called customer service (even though it was 3:42am ) and left a message for anyone to call me back - it looked way too complicated, and I was almost sure I was going to send it back. At 8:12am, Jeff called me back and I told him that just for fun, about a half hour before he called, I ignored all the stuff in the package and just read the little 4x6 fold-out instruction card. All of a sudden I accidentally installed it, and the thing actually worked! All people who use the phone should hear about a lifter - if you hear about it and don't believe it- suspend your disbelief - order it, install it (even people like me who don't do - "do it yourself" projects, can do it) and shout to the high heavens, for there are not many things better for a headset than a lifter!”
