“Have only had it 1 week. Still getting used to it. Had the GN Netcom wireless before this and enjoyed it. The sound is good in the OfficeRunner. Don't like having to push the phone icon before it engages after it's been on the base. Find it cumbersome that it charges upside down from how you wear it. When you pluck it off the base you have to turn it 180 degrees. My old one was one movement. Sounds silly, but as I said still getting used to it. No complaints from others on how they hear me. Feels pretty good on ear, though struggle a bit with the fact I wear glasses too. I don't use over the head option. My opinion may change as I get more used to the product.”

“I just made a request to return the above with Bren Slater.  I just wanted to give some feedback.  As far as the equipment, it was just a little too big and kept giving me a headache when I tried to wear it.  While I am an adult, I have a small head.  The performance was great.  At present I have purchased 3 Office Runners for our office and we love them.  I also bought a blue-tooth wireless headset for my husband.  He also loves it!  I just wanted to let you know that Headsets.com is the best supplier I work with today!  I have been in and/or managed customer service for 40 years.  I’m 57 now and I feel that many companies in America are no longer customer driven.  When I worked for Duke Power Company in Charlotte, NC, Fedex and GE Answer Center were our Flagships for insanely good customer service.  We actually trained with GE Answer Center to be the best.  Now it is rare to receive service like your company gives.  All of your extras like the stickers on the box, thanking us for being a customer since 2011, the “packed with love by” stickers and of course, the Tootsie Rolls are great.  The best is the way your Headset Advisors treat their Customers.  I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, excitement and help they ALL give.  I have NEVER been displeased with a single person I have spoken with at Headsets.com.  I tell everyone I know about you.  It is so nice NOT to hear, “whatever” or “no problem” from your staff.  As a person that was trained in an era when customer service came first, I commend you all.  Thank you for putting the Customer first!”
