“I opened the package for my new handset lifter, and as I noticed all the "stuff" in the package, I immediately called customer service (even though it was 3:42am ) and left a message for anyone to call me back - it looked way too complicated, and I was almost sure I was going to send it back. At 8:12am, Jeff called me back and I told him that just for fun, about a half hour before he called, I ignored all the stuff in the package and just read the little 4x6 fold-out instruction card. All of a sudden I accidentally installed it, and the thing actually worked! All people who use the phone should hear about a lifter - if you hear about it and don't believe it- suspend your disbelief - order it, install it (even people like me who don't do - "do it yourself" projects, can do it) and shout to the high heavens, for there are not many things better for a headset than a lifter!”
