“Like many executives, I tend to do much of my pre-purchase product research online and then prefer to buy the product in a retail store where I can get it the same day or hold it in my hands. Today I used your wonderful comparison engine to narrow down which headset would best fit my needs, printed out a couple of model numbers and jumped in my car to the local retail outlets. After spending 90 minutes of my valuable time driving around in the hot sun to four different stores, speaking by cell phone with retail call center operators in India who had no idea if the store I was driving to had the product in stock or not, I gave up. On the way back to the office I did what I should have done in the first place. I placed a two-minute call to 1-800-HEADSETS (800) 432-3738. The call was answered quickly by a person on-location who confirmed the model would work for me and that it would be at my office the next day. If you're looking for a headset for yourself or for your entire office staff, you're not going to save any additional money by buying locally. In fact, you will pay more because your time is money. I was very pleased with my buying experience and can highly recommend to anyone who needs to buy.”
