Disco Lights on a Sennheiser Wireless Headset

Disco Lights are a series of lights we may see when a Sennheiser wireless headset is having connectivity issues.

Here's what we'll see: Headset is on the base, has normal battery lights, and a blue charging light on the headset. Then moments after you take it off the base or try to turn it on, all the lights turn off except for a red diamond in the center of the base.

Sometimes the lights will keep clicking off and on, but the headset never stays connected long enough to function properly.

What this means:

• The headset and base or not on the same firmware version

OR

• The unit is using an older firmware version

How to fix it:

A firmware update will get you back up and running.
