Does the DA80 Work with Interactive Intelligence Call Center Software?

Why yes it does!

You get CALL CONTROL with the DA80 USB Cord and a bunch of other neat features! WOOHOO!

Plantronics software will show up in the Interaction Desktop Operator Console screen! When you plug the headset into the DA80 it will change your status to available automatically in the Interactive Intelligence Console automatically. Neat!

It has indicator lights for available/on a call and mute on the cord. There are also call control, volume, and mute buttons on the cord. They're really user-friendly and easy to use!
